We offer refunds in the form of store credit, which can be used to make future purchases on our website.
You are responsible for the shipping costs when exchanging or returning an item, and these costs are non-refundable.
We only offer exchanges for orders made on our website within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, exchanges or returns are not available.
